Terms and Conditions – Frealthy (Fresh + Healthy Vegetables Delivery)

1. Order Timings:

All orders must be placed before 10:00 PM to ensure next-day delivery.

2. Delivery Schedule:

Orders will be delivered the next day by 8:30 AM. We aim to deliver fresh produce early in the morning for your convenience.

3. Delivery Area:

We currently serve specific areas only. Please check service availability in your location before ordering.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 10:00 PM on the day of order placement.

5. Product Availability:

All products are subject to availability. In case of any shortage or quality issues, we reserve the right to substitute or cancel the item with prior notice.

6. Pricing & Payment:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made online or in cash at the time of delivery (if applicable).

7. Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns only if vegetables are not fresh.

Refund will be initiated once we verify the freshness

8. Customer Responsibility:

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Undelivered orders due to customer unavailability may not be reattempted.
