Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Frealthy

At Frealthy, we strive to deliver the freshest vegetables to your doorstep every morning. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully:

Order Timing & Delivery

• Orders must be placed before 10:00 PM.
• Deliveries will be made the next day by 8:30 AM.
• Orders placed after 10 PM will be delivered day after tomorrow

Returns & Refunds

• We only accept returns or issue refunds if the delivered vegetable is not fresh.
• If you receive any such item, please contact us immediately after delivery with a photo proof on our WhatsApp.
• A refund will be initiated for that specific item only, not the entire order.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled after 10:00 PM once placed.
• Please review your order carefully before final confirmation.
